”We rented what turned out to be a home away from home. My wife and I, plus our daughter, couldn't have had a better trip and it a lot of that has to do with how comfortable we were in this trailer! We drove 2000 miles starting from Santa Rosa CA, heading to the clear waters of Tahoe where it was a little cold and rained a bit. But the heater, cozy bed covers, and huge awning helped make it a very pleasant stop. We then went to Independence CA where the large water and grey/black water capacity helped when we had no hookups and the available outside grill allowed us to hang out in the beautiful weather all day. Our next stop was in Zion National Park where we met up with friends and Spencer's trailer soon became the hangout spot with it's large interior, indoor and outdoor speakers, abundant led lights, and large seating area in the dining room. We then headed down to the Grand Canyon and just like before this trailer with it's large AC made the hot and humid day very comfortable. The entire trailer is well stocked with blankets, utensils, pots, pans, you name it he has it... Spencer even gave me some oak wood that lasted most of our trip. I will definitely rent this again (if it is available next year). Thank you for everything Spencer! This was our best family vacation yet!”

”Great trailer and fantastic host. The trailer is practically brand new yet the host added features to improve the experience. He added towel hooks in the bathroom, very nice bed linens, extra interior lighting in bunk beds, a privacy curtain for bunk beds, a coffee maker, a larger table top than the stock one (nice), folding chairs, and a big TV. I liked this trailer model for the extra storage I missed in the last trailer I rented for luggage and food. The shower worked well, the water pressure was good, the hot water heater worked well, the toilet worked well, and the furnace worked flawlessly. We were comfy at 66F while it was in the 30's outside. I'm glad we rented the generator to recharge our professional cameras and equipment batteries as the trailer does not have an inverter or solar. However, the battery had enough storage to run the furnace fan all night and our interior lighting and only drop 25% each day. We did see one of the stove top burners got crooked but I put it back straight and it worked fine. The Queen bed has side access which makes it so much easier to get in and out. In our last rental we had to climb in from the bottom of the bed and it was a hassle. The 44 gallon water tank seemed small compared to other trailers however after 3 days we had over half of the tank left. I guess we should have showered more. haha. One small detail that some may overlook is the type of slideout. The last trailer we rented had a step up into the booth seating in the slideout. This one has a flat floor with no step up. It may not seem like a big deal but is does make it so much friendlier to get in and out and to store things under the table.

The host was great too! He was into good communication while attending to all my concerns. When we met he gave me a very thorough run-down on the trailer's features and workings. While I was camping I was able to get ahold of Spencer on questions about the trailer through texts. Spencer proved to be super responsive and caring. He set up the electrical, the fresh water accessories, and the dumping equipment in organized bags. I liked that. The generator is a very nice and relatively quiet Predator brand and had an electric start. It started right up every time. I towed with a RAM 2500 diesel and I do tow other trailers. This trailer towed like a dream. Once I dialed in my brake controller (#5 for my truck) it was a very comfortable trailer to tow, even through downtown Elk Grove traffic, the Tehachapis, and crosswinds on i-5."
