What are the pickup and drop off times?

Our pickup time is 2pm. Drop off times are 11am or earlier. Often times our rentals have a same day turn around, especially during more popular months. We understand that each reservation is unique usually we can find a way to accommodate your requests.

How long does it take for the check in process?

Generally speaking the check in process will take about an 1-1.5 hours. We will make sure you're very comfortable with all the amenities and most importantly we will setup the weight distribution hitch appropriately for your specific vehicle.

Are pets allowed?

YES! We love our furry friends. However, no pets are allowed on any of the furniture, nor should they be left in the trailer unattended. All pets need to be disclosed and approved at time of booking.

Do you allow concerts or events?

Short answer, YES. Long answer, please contact us before booking for any concerts of big events. There are certain restrictions/precautions we take to make sure that all reservations are insured and protected. Some events are subject to a surcharge and/or increased security deposit.

Can my vehicle tow it?

Most all of our rentals are half ton or full size SUV towable. Anything smaller will be questionable, depending on how much cargo you plan on bringing and the roads you plan on traveling on. RV Dry Weight + Passenger's Weight + Cargo + Liquids = Total Weight

(Total weight must not exceed vehicle towing capacity.)

Do I have to bring a hitch?

No, we will supply a 2 5/16" hitch along with a proper weight distribution system. This is critical in making sure that you're safe on the road.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes. We understand that there's various reasons why you might not be able to pickup the trailer yourself. Our delivery rates are $5/mile. Delivery charge is calculated ONE WAY from Old Elk Grove. Ex. If your destination is 35 miles from Old Elk Grove your charge would only be $175. Our delivery radius is usually 75 miles but there have been times we have delivered further.

When will I get my security deposit back?

All reservations require a security deposit. They are not actual charges, they are holds. You won't necessarily see a refund to your account, the hold will just be lifted. Please allow 72 hours from the return date for the hold to be lifted.

What is your cancellation policy?

At the time of your booking 50% of your reservation cost is due. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to rental start date. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is cancelled during a grace period, a full refund including the service fee will be granted.

Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the service fee, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, less the service fee, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.

What happens if I get into an accident?

Great question. Trust us when we say that it is very much on our minds as well. We have worked hard to confidently understand insurance and build a relationship with a reputable insurance carrier. All reservations (delivery & pickup) require insurance coverage that we include for you. Insurance rates vary slightly, solely depending on if you are towing it or if we deliver it to you.
